Men’s Prayer Group
With the hustle and bustle of everyday life—family, career, home responsibilities, relationships, and social commitments—it can feel challenging to add one more activity to your schedule. Yet a men’s prayer group can offer a meaningful opportunity to pause, reconnect with God, and find support among other men of faith.

Purpose of the Group
Our Men’s Prayer Group gathers to build friendships, share personal struggles, support one another through prayer, and grow in our understanding of Scripture. The goal is to help men deepen their spiritual lives while navigating the daily challenges of work, family, and relationships.

Meeting Details
We meet every third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in St. Monica’s Church. Each gathering lasts approximately 60 to 90 minutes.

Three Core Elements
Each Men’s Prayer Group gathering is centered on three core elements:
Prayer: Strengthening our personal and communal relationship with God.
Formation: Deepening our understanding of the Catholic faith through Scripture, videos, books, and other resources.
Fraternity: Building authentic, supportive friendships with other men.

The Cor initiative (from the Latin word for “heart”) is designed to refocus Catholic men on Jesus Christ and build a Christ centered brotherhood. Open to all men.
